When will I receive my Order?
Orders are usually posted within 3 working days. However, at certain times of the year the turn around time may be extended. This will be advertised on our website.
Why is my design proof black?
Design proofs are sent exactly as we print them. Foiling is achieved by applying the foil to black toner. Therefore the foil is applied once printed.
Are these legal tickets?
The tickets can not be used at venues, they are designed to be used as mementos. They are intended to be gifted to your loved ones in place of printed email confirmations. They just make the gift that little bit more special.
